Recipe: Rulang Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 175g Semolina
  2. 50g Plums
  3. 1½ cups of Fresh Milk
  4. Pieces of 10 – 15 Cashews
  5. 50g Sugar
  6. 50g MeadowLea
  7. ½ a teaspoon Cardamom
  8. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Cooking Method

  • In a bowl, add MeadowLea, cashew, plums and keep on medium heat.
  • Add the Semolina and let it fry on low heat for 10 mins. Mix the milk and sugar.
  • Next add cardamom and vanilla and let it cook on low heat.
  • Put the mixture on a tray and let it cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
