Recipe: Rulang Pudding
Ingredients
- 175g Semolina
- 50g Plums
- 1½ cups of Fresh Milk
- Pieces of 10 – 15 Cashews
- 50g Sugar
- 50g MeadowLea
- ½ a teaspoon Cardamom
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cooking Method
- In a bowl, add MeadowLea, cashew, plums and keep on medium heat.
- Add the Semolina and let it fry on low heat for 10 mins. Mix the milk and sugar.
- Next add cardamom and vanilla and let it cook on low heat.
- Put the mixture on a tray and let it cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
