Recipe: Strawberry Cupcake
Ingredients
- 210g Wheat Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 200g Sugar
- 115g mealted MeadowLea
- 02 Egg Whites
- 62g Yogurt
- 180 ml Milk
- 02 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Fresh Strawberry Whipped Cream
Cooking Method
- First, beat the Meadowlea and sugar together, then add the egg whites while beating them. Next, mix yogurt and milk together and mix it with the previously prepared mixture.
- Mix the wheat flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder together and crush well.
- Pour the MeadowLea, sugar and egg mixture into the cake mold and then mash it well. Add the strawberries, add the above mixture and put it in the oven.
- Add whipped cream on top of the well-baked cupcakes and decorate it with fresh strawberry pieces.
