Recipe: Strawberry Cupcake

Ingredients

  1. 210g Wheat Flour
  2. ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
  3. ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  4. ½ teaspoon Salt
  5. 200g Sugar
  6. 115g mealted MeadowLea
  7. 02 Egg Whites
  8. 62g Yogurt
  9. 180 ml Milk
  10. 02 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  11. Fresh Strawberry Whipped Cream

Cooking Method

  • First, beat the Meadowlea and sugar together, then add the egg whites while beating them. Next, mix yogurt and milk together and mix it with the previously prepared mixture.
  • Mix the wheat flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder together and crush well.
  • Pour the MeadowLea, sugar and egg mixture into the cake mold and then mash it well. Add the strawberries, add the above mixture and put it in the oven.
  • Add whipped cream on top of the well-baked cupcakes and decorate it with fresh strawberry pieces.
