Recipe: Seenakku
Ingredients
- 500g Wheat Flour (sifted)
- 400g Sugar
- 50g MeadowLea
- 1 Egg
- 500g thick coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Yeast
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method
- Take a bowl, add sugar, egg and MeadowLea and beat well. Then, add the yeast, baking soda and salt to taste.
- Gradually add the wheat flour to this mixture and mix well.
- Leave the mixture to rise for about 8 hours. Next, add the coconut milk to it and mix well.
- Put this mixture in a muffin tray and bake at 150⁰C for 10 minutes.
