Recipe: Seenakku

Ingredients

  1. 500g Wheat Flour (sifted)
  2. 400g Sugar
  3. 50g MeadowLea
  4. 1 Egg
  5. 500g thick coconut milk
  6. 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  7. ¼ teaspoon Yeast
  8. Salt to taste

Cooking Method

  • Take a bowl, add sugar, egg and MeadowLea and beat well. Then, add the yeast, baking soda and salt to taste.
  • Gradually add the wheat flour to this mixture and mix well.
  • Leave the mixture to rise for about 8 hours. Next, add the coconut milk to it and mix well.
  • Put this mixture in a muffin tray and bake at 150⁰C for 10 minutes.
