Recipe: Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 1kg Wheat Flour
- 15g Salt
- 130 Yeast
- 430 – 450g Water
- 50g Condensed Milk
- 130g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
Cooking Method
- Prepare a flour dough by mixing wheat, MeadowLea, salt, yeast, water and condensed milk.
- Gradually add sugar and eggs to this mixture, and mix well. Then leave it to rest for 45 minutes.
- From the dough, make balls weighing 50g each, leave to rise for about 50 minutes, and shape into doughnuts and fry in hot oil.
- As soon as it’s fried in oil, sprinkle sugar on top and serve after it cools down.
