Recipe: Doughnuts

Ingredients

  1. 1kg Wheat Flour
  2. 15g Salt
  3. 130 Yeast
  4. 430 – 450g Water
  5. 50g Condensed Milk
  6. 130g Sugar
  7. 2 Eggs

Cooking Method

  • Prepare a flour dough by mixing wheat, MeadowLea, salt, yeast, water and condensed milk.
  • Gradually add sugar and eggs to this mixture, and mix well. Then leave it to rest for 45 minutes.
  • From the dough, make balls weighing 50g each, leave to rise for about 50 minutes, and shape into doughnuts and fry in hot oil.
  • As soon as it’s fried in oil, sprinkle sugar on top and serve after it cools down.
