Recipe: Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
- 600 g Wheat Flour
- 10 g Salt
- 300 g Sugar
- 300 g MeadowLea
- 02 Eggs
- 10 g Baking Powder
- 350 g Desiccated Coconut
Cooking Method
- Add MeadowLea, sugar, salt and mix well.
- Add the eggs to it and mix well.
- Then add flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut to the mixture and mix well. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Separate this dough into small pieces, make small balls, flatten them and leave them to rest for about 10 minutes. Next, spread the desiccated coconut on top and bake at 200⁰C for 7-10 minutes.
