Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  1. MeadowLea 125g
  2. ½ cup of Sugar
  3. ½ cup of Brown Sugar
  4. 01 Egg
  5. ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  6. ¼ teaspoon of Salt
  7. ¾ cup of Wheat flour (Mixed with Baking Powder)
  8. Chocolate Chips 150g

Cooking Method

  • First, let the pan heat at 180⁰C. Take 3 baking trays, lay out oil papers on it and keep aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the MeadowLea, both sugars, and the vanilla essence to it. Mix well using a whisk.
  • Add the egg and wheat flour to it and mix well.
  • Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir.
  • Next, prepare small balls out of the mixture. Spread them on the baking tray (make sure to keep gaps while spreading them)
  • Bake for 8 – 12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.
