Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- MeadowLea 125g
- ½ cup of Sugar
- ½ cup of Brown Sugar
- 01 Egg
- ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- ¾ cup of Wheat flour (Mixed with Baking Powder)
- Chocolate Chips 150g
Cooking Method
- First, let the pan heat at 180⁰C. Take 3 baking trays, lay out oil papers on it and keep aside.
- In a large bowl, add the MeadowLea, both sugars, and the vanilla essence to it. Mix well using a whisk.
- Add the egg and wheat flour to it and mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir.
- Next, prepare small balls out of the mixture. Spread them on the baking tray (make sure to keep gaps while spreading them)
- Bake for 8 – 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.
