Recipe: Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 300g Wheat flour
- 200g Sugar
- 500g MeadowLea
- ¼ teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- ½ teaspoon of Vanilla
Cooking Method
- Mix the MeadowLea and sugar well.
- Next add vanilla and the egg and mix well with wheat flour.
- Put the mixture into a nozzle and onto the baking tray in any shape of your choice.
- Bake at 180⁰C for 10 – 15 minutes. Remove from oven when the cookies turns golden.
