Recipe: Broccoli & Cheddar Soup

Ingredients

  1. 03 teaspoons of MeadowLea
  2. 02 chopped Garlic cloves
  3. 02 teaspoons of Wheat Flour
  4. ½ cup of Milk mixed with 1 ½ teaspoons of melted MeadowLea
  5. 1 ½ cups of cut chicken pieces
  6. 02 cups of mashed Broccoli
  7. 01 cut carrot
  8. Celery – chopped
  9. 1 ¼ cups of stripped Cheddar Cheese
  10. Salt and pepper pieces, to taste

Cooking Method

  • Put the MeadowLea in a pot and melt it on medium heat. Add the chopped Garlic and stir till it’s tempered well.
  • After a while, add the wheat flour and use a whisk to mix it till it turns golden. Next, add the chicken with some salt and pepper to taste.
  • After 5 minutes, mix the ½ cup of milk with 1 ½ teaspoons of melted MeadowLea until the mixture softens.
  • Cook this mixture on low flame till it thickens. After 10 minutes, add the broccoli, carrots and celery and let it cook.
  • Reduce the heat of the stove and add the Cheddar cheese to the soup and stir for 5 minutes until it melts.
