Recipe: Broccoli & Cheddar Soup
Ingredients
- 03 teaspoons of MeadowLea
 - 02 chopped Garlic cloves
 - 02 teaspoons of Wheat Flour
 - ½ cup of Milk mixed with 1 ½ teaspoons of melted MeadowLea
 - 1 ½ cups of cut chicken pieces
 - 02 cups of mashed Broccoli
 - 01 cut carrot
 - Celery – chopped
 - 1 ¼ cups of stripped Cheddar Cheese
 - Salt and pepper pieces, to taste
 
Cooking Method
- Put the MeadowLea in a pot and melt it on medium heat. Add the chopped Garlic and stir till it’s tempered well.
 - After a while, add the wheat flour and use a whisk to mix it till it turns golden. Next, add the chicken with some salt and pepper to taste.
 - After 5 minutes, mix the ½ cup of milk with 1 ½ teaspoons of melted MeadowLea until the mixture softens.
 - Cook this mixture on low flame till it thickens. After 10 minutes, add the broccoli, carrots and celery and let it cook.
 - Reduce the heat of the stove and add the Cheddar cheese to the soup and stir for 5 minutes until it melts.
