Recipe: Christmas Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- MeadowLea 180g
- Castor Sugar 110g
- Flour 225g
- Condensed Milk 125ml
- Baking Powder 2 ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Dark Chocolate pieces 95g
- White Chocolate pieces 95g
Cooking Method
- In a medium bowl, beat MeadowLea, sugar and condensed milk until creamy. Add flour, dark chocolate pieces and white chocolate pieces. Mix well.
- Roll heaped teaspoonful of mixture into balls, place on buttered & lined trays and press gently with a fork
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden, and cool.
