Recipe: Christmas Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  1. MeadowLea 180g
  2. Castor Sugar 110g
  3. Flour 225g
  4. Condensed Milk 125ml
  5. Baking Powder 2 ½ tsp
  6. Salt ½ tsp
  7. Dark Chocolate pieces 95g
  8. White Chocolate pieces 95g

Cooking Method

  • In a medium bowl, beat MeadowLea, sugar and condensed milk until creamy. Add flour, dark chocolate pieces and white chocolate pieces. Mix well.
  • Roll heaped teaspoonful of mixture into balls, place on buttered & lined trays and press gently with a fork
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden, and cool.
