Recipe: Gnanakatha
Ingredients
- 100g Wheat Flour
 - 50g Icing Sugar
 - 75g MeadowLea Fat Spread
 - ½ teaspoon Salt
 - ½ teaspoon Vanilla
 - Powder of 4 Cardamom pieces
 - 1½ tablespoons Sugar for the topping
 
Cooking Method
- Take a pan, put it on the stove and put some MeadowLea in it and let it melt. Sift the wheat flour and baking powder together using a sieve.
 - Then add some salt, cardamom and icing sugar to it.
 - Add the vanilla to the melted MeadowLea mixture, and mix it well with the flour mixture and form into a ball. Next, break the dough into pieces and make small balls.
 - Flatten the small dough balls and spread them in sugar. Place them on a baking tray and bake them at 160⁰C for 15 minutes.
